All of our products are made to order. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at jennaboo9700@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

European Union customers: If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item under applicable consumer protection laws.
